My Approach & Experience

I’m an accredited Cognitive Behavioural Therapist (BABCP) with over 10 years of experience supporting individuals and couples through a wide range of difficulties and mental health challenges.

My special interests include working with people living with obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), and those facing marital or relationship difficulties. Whether supporting individuals or couples, my approach is practical, collaborative, and grounded in evidence-based methods.

I aim to create a space that’s not only structured and goal-oriented, but also warm, non-judgemental, and gently humorous when the moment calls for it. Therapy shouldn’t feel clinical or distant — it should feel human.

Sessions are delivered remotely, offering the flexibility to access support in a way that fits into your life. Whether you're dealing with anxiety, low mood, trauma, or relationship issues, I’m here to help you regain clarity, confidence, and a sense of control.
